Charming old-fashioned ambiance, clean and cozy. Excellent staff, helpful and friendly. Great value for money, with access to pool. Close to beautiful Bussaco National Park.

Nothing could have been better.

Located near the Bussaco forest, this hotel boasts a beautiful hall and friendly staff. the rooms are spacious, some with great views. the dinner and breakfast buffets are reasonably priced, but could use more variety. the outdoor pool is a nice bonus and the rooms are kept very clean.

The facilities are outdated and in need of modernization. the lack of air conditioning and poor soundproofing make for an uncomfortable stay.

We had a lovely stay at this hotel. The building interiors were stunning, and the view from our room was excellent. Hotel facilities, including the pool, were accessible and clean. The staff was welcoming, helpful, and friendly. We particularly enjoyed the selection of bread and ham and cheese at breakfast.

The hotel is situated in a beautiful area with amazing views of the surrounding landscape and is also close to a national park which is great for hiking. The staff is very welcoming, friendly, and always ready to help with anything you need. We enjoyed the delicious breakfast buffet and the good quality of the food in the restaurant.

The rooms are a bit outdated, and could benefit from a renovation, but they are very clean and comfortable. , while the hotel is conveniently located, parking can be a bit of an issue as it is a hilly area.
